Moritz Mehner

Moritz Mehner is a partner at SKW Schwarz in Germany. He advises technology companies, game studios and publishers on AI law, copyright, data protection and platform regulation, and on the contracts behind their products. His current focus is generative AI: how training data is licensed, who holds the rights in AI-generated output, and what the EU AI Act and platform rules require when content is generated by AI. In games, he advises on development and publishing agreements, data protection and the use of AI in production.
