Below you will find all indies showcasing at Games Ground this year including those that won free spaces for our indie island concept.

Join our special Mentor Ground sessions for direct access to industry experts from companies like Team17, CD Projekt Red, Blizzard, Rovio, Guerilla, Flying Wild Hog, and many more!

Broad topics range from game art, narrative design, level design, game production, AI, agile & scrum, VR, legal, esports, game career & many more..

It's your chance to interact, ask questions, and gain valuable insights!

How It Works:

Up to 4 tables, each with a dedicated mentor
Book your session with a mentor of your choice
Limited to 6 mentees per mentor
One-hour focused sessions on specific topics
Receive valuable feedback in an open-table discussion format
Connect with fellow attendees who share your interests

When:

Thursday, 09.11 from 10:00 to 18:00
Friday, 10.11 from 10:00 to 16:00
Saturday, 11.11 from 12:00 - 16:00

We cherish the indie gaming community at Games Ground, understanding the challenges they face and the invaluable support they need to flourish in the competitive gaming landscape.

Our commitment goes beyond educational content, as we provide concrete and accessible spaces through our Indie Islands Program:

Limited free spaces to showcase (sponsored by our partners)
Indie developers apply for these limited spots through the Application Link above, and undergo a selection process by a reputable jury of professionals (Submission Deadline: 30th of September).
All submissions will be examined and the selected projects will be announced by the end of September.
Each selected studio receives 1 table and 2 chairs, WLAN and Power (Gaming Tech / PC is NOT included).
Each selected studio can set-up ONE roll-up banner if available (brought by them).
Each selected studio receives 2 free Indie tickets giving you access to the entire 3-day festival + access to the Closing Party on Saturday.
If your game has not been selected for a free showcase spot, you will have the option to purchase an affordable space to showcase your game.

Additionally, our Indie Support Program:‍

We strongly encourage indie studios to bring members of their own team to showcase their game, to ensure the best outcome and value for both the studio and event attendees (including publishers, investors, etc.)
For studios who are not able to bring enough team members during Games Ground, there is a chance to get volunteer support through our "Indie Support Program”: a volunteer can be assigned to your studio to help with your game showcase during the event (e.g. help showcase your game 4 hours per day).
If you would like to be a part of the Indie Support Program, you can choose so within the application.
