Joscha is working as Funding Manager Games at Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg, a funding institution supporting the games industry in the capital region. He works closely with various studios and is responsible for evaluating numerous projects each year. Before his role as funding manager he worked in Esports and at the intersection of theater dedicated to topics concerning the social potential of games.
