Lukas Galinski is Chief Operating Officer (COO) at INSTINCT3. In this role, his main focus is profitability and employee satisfaction. Previously Lukas was working on sustainability and public benefit projects and developments in a dedicated role at INSTINCT3. Lukas’ studies in economics and sports economics brought him to his entry into the industry in 2018 at Jung von Matt/Sports in Hamburg. In 2020 and after three years in esports marketing, he joined INSTINCT3 in Berlin-Spandau to set his focus on influencer marketing in the gaming industry.
