Achim is the managing director of Quinke Networks GmbH. His agency, specialising in communication and recruitment, was founded in 2001 and serves clients from the games and media industries. In addition, Achim is a pioneer of regional development in the games industry. He launched the Gamecity Hamburg initiative in 2003, which became the country’s largest industry network at the time. In this role, he helped establish the state’s first prototype funding. Since 2011, Achim has operated Games-Career.com, the job platform for Germany’s games industry.
