Helena Kasper is a Senior Associate Lawyer at SKW Schwarz in Munich and Berlin. She advises tech companies, app and game developers on data protection and AI law. Her practice covers the privacy-compliant design of processes in apps, games and digital business models of all kinds. Her current focus is AI and how personal data can be processed lawfully in AI-based products and workflows, whether developed in-house or provided by third parties, and what the EU AI Act requires. She supports her clients both preventively, in structuring compliant business models, and reactively, in responding to data breaches and cyberattacks.
