As the founding Studio Director at Telescope Animation, I architected the production framework from the ground up to support The Last Whale Singer transmedia ecosystem alongside the film’s 2026 theatrical release. I delivered a diverse portfolio of 5 projects in 24 months, managing cross-functional operations and a core production team. I thrive as a "Shield" for the team. I manage the complexity of public grants (MBB), stakeholder alignment, and resource optimisation so the creators can focus on the work. As Board Secretary for the IGDA and Chair of IGDA Berlin, I am deeply committed to fostering a healthy, sustainable developer community both globally and local.
